OPM band, Ben&Ben’s bittersweet hit song “Sa Susunod na Habang Buhay” won three awards at the 2021 Canadian Cinematography Awards.
The band expressed their delight on Facebook after learning that "Sa Susunod Na Habang Buhay" had won three awards at the 2021 Canadian Cinematography Awards.
The categories of the awards that Ben&Ben won are Best Song, Director Jorel Lising for Best Music Video, and Cinematographer Ian Guevara for Best Music Video Cinematography.
Last Sunday, July 11, the Canadian Cinematography Awards congratulated the winners by posting the awardees' certificates on its Facebook page.
After its release in February 2021, “Sa Susunod na Habang Buhay” pulled the listeners' heartstrings. It is about a romance that has lost its luster, and how one promises to choose their beloved again in another life. On a bus ride to Manila, the band's vocalist Miguel Guico wrote the song on the spur of the moment.
