Following the success of her first two singles namely “drivers license” and “deja vu,” Fil-Am singer, Olivia Rodrigo is preparing to shake the world with her upcoming debut album, “Sour.”
Sour is expressing a more mature side of the 18-year-old Olivia Rodrigo while paying homage to her Disney roots. The album is very diverse in terms of music with Rodrigo exploring a multitude of genres such as pop, alt-rock, folk, etc. In addition, the songs from the album were written when she was 17 years old, and the album reflects that exact year in her life which was very significant for her.
The album has a total of 11 songs including the fan-favorite “happier.” Some of the original songs uploaded by Olivia on Instagram are not included, but the fans are excited to hear all of the new original songs. Sour is produced by Dan Nigro, along with Caroline Polaheck and Conan Gray.
Rodrigo’s said album was set to drop on May 21, 2021.
